Woki’s food is prepared in rapeseed oil. We use the same wok pans to cook all our food. Although the wok pans are cleaned between each cooking there is the risk that there may be traces of other allergens in the food.
If you are gluten intolerant, you should not eat Fried Rice or Noodles. Many of our other dishes also contain gluten. This is because they are cooked with soy and other sauces, which indicate wheat as an ingredient. If you can usually eat soy and other Asian flavoring sauces, you can also eat our dishes (with the exception of Fried Rice and Noodles). Read more at livsmedelsverket.se.
